– Clear the secret areas
– Display a warning message (“Alert irruption” blinking)
– Lock the keyboard
– Reactivation of the terminal needed (Recovery tool)
– :-) product is activated
– :-( product is deactivated

    hi raj,

    MOCK-UP device: the device in which MOCK-UP os is installed. it always flash MOCK-UP on the screen.

    Production device: which have the production os.

    the alert irruption message "MOCK-UP" is showing that this device is for MOCK-UP.

    if you want to remove this message then take a device which is not MOCK-UP and put a signed application code in the fresh device.

    If the terminal is for MOCK-UP, upload the EFT930_DIR_MOCKUP.M31 os file and if it is for production, upload the os file EFT930_DIR_PROD.M31

    if your terminal's interrupting message is "MUCK UP " then that terminal is for production mode and can run unsigned application.

    for removing this "MOCK UP" interruption message you should take a fresh device and put OS files through LLT Mode which is not for mock up.
    if your terminal is in production mode then it can not be converted in normal mode...

      There are two modes in Ingenico Telium platform
      1) Production Mode / Real mode
      2) Mockup Mode

      In Production mode application must be signed and then it will load into terminal. Signing procedure is different in Telium 1 and Telium 2.

      In Mockup mode you do not need to sign application.

      Once the terminal is in Mockup mode it can not be revert back to production mode unless terminal is repair from KIT 43C.

    Alert Irruption or Unauthorize terminals can not be revert back to production OS(Production Version) but you can revert it back to Mockup OS. (Mockup version).
    Please note that Mockup OS will display a message "Special Mockup" after every few seconds.

      I have them, but they're of no use for a deactivated device. My iWL220 was bricked with a retail flash into a mockup device, nothing seems to be able to sort it.

    Hello,
    We have ISC250 terminals and occasionally when a customer enters their chip card the units restart and flash :-( Unauthorized in red black. We then must exchange the reader for another one and send back. Does anyone know how/why this just happens to a working card reader?

    Hello all :)

    I have found a copy of the Ingedev kit, it is a Russian leak. I don't suppose anyone else has it and knows the username and password for the SST tool? Alternatively, anyone who has a different copy with username and password, would you be willing to share the sst.ini file?
    I've tried reverse engineering the application as it's (stupidly) compiled into p-code from VB5, but can't bypass the password check at startup. Can;t even work out what kind of hash algorithm was used to generate the hashes.

    I have been doing this recovery for a long time..

    Yesterday, I tried to use the recovery tool and
    it just keeps looping the recovery after reaching
    100% I changed the X-Modem base and my cables seem to
    be fine. I even pulled the plug for the computer
    to no avail.

    Do you perhaps know what the problem might be?

      this was resolved with using "INT. GSM" instead of "IP/GPRS".
